TNT Tips Off Its Second Round NBA Playoffs Coverage with Game 1 Doubleheader, Monday, May 1, at 7 p.m. ET
TNT will tip off second round coverage of the NBA Playoffs with a Game 1 doubleheader on Monday, May 1, at 7 p.m. ET - Raptors vs. Cavaliers, a rematch of last year's Eastern Conference Finals, followed by a match-up of MVP candidates between the Rockets and Spurs at 9:30 p.m. Game 2 of those respective series will air on TNT, Wednesday, May 3, beginning at 7 p.m.
If there are three games scheduled on Sunday, April 30, TNT would air Game 7 between the Atlanta Hawks and Washington Wizards at 7 p.m. ET, with pregame coverage beginning at 6:30 p.m. The network's live game schedule and telecast notes follow.
- Segments from Area 21 – with TNT analyst Kevin Garnett and special guests each week – will be incorporated into studio coverage on Mondays during the first and second round.
